Our Story
Our story began with a shared passion for creating positive change in Southern Europe. As a service designer with a background in finance, I sought to build a venture for purpose beyond profit. It was inspired by Paola, a lifetime friend. Her deep roots in Figino and her studies at the prestigious Royal Horticultural Society in London bring invaluable botanical expertise and an intimate understanding of the community, forming the heart of SustainHer's mission.

Driven by a personal connection to financial hardship and a desire to create lasting change, Emanuele brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to SustainHer. After five years in the high-stakes world of finance at JPMorgan Chase in London and New York, a health journey prompted a deeper evaluation of priorities. Inspired by the potential for environmental innovation and empowered by the stories from Italy, Emanuele brings financial knowledge and a commitment to building thriving, sustainable futures for women in Southern Europe

Paola is a visionary designer and illustrator with a lifelong passion for the natural world. After a successful career in graphic design in London, she embarked on a transformative journey, studying botanical practices at the esteemed Royal Horticultural Society, becoming an expert in regenerative agriculture and garden design. Her unique blend of creative talent and botanical expertise forms a crucial part of SustainHer's mission to create sustainable and beautiful community projects.
