The story behind it
SustainHer began with a deep reflection on the powerful women in my life, especially my mother, who faced immense financial hardship. As a service designer from Northern Italy, I witnessed the systemic vulnerabilities that limit women’s economic independence.
After five years at JPMorgan Chase, immersed in the world of digital finance and facing a personal battle with cancer, I realised my unique background could bridge the gap between financial innovation and social impact. I returned to my roots with a renewed purpose: to empower vulnerable women in Southern Europe by combining my skills with sustainable solutions that create lasting change.
The Plan
